For trainers, consultants and partners

Deliver it as paid client training

Start with the part people get wrong. Buying a kit does not give you the right to run it for someone else. Article 3.2 of the licence, the tier every standard purchase sits in, says you may not deliver the product, or a recognisable adaptation of it, to any organisation other than your own, whether or not you charge for the delivery.

Work you produce for a client using the material is your own work and is not restricted. Passing on the material itself is what the tier restricts, and Article 3.4 is the only route to it. Three products are sold under that route.

One thing to be clear about before the prices: these are co-branding licences, not white-label licences. Your logo goes on the front, and a visible Kesslernity source notice stays on the materials. If the engagement requires that no other name appears anywhere, none of the three below is the right licence.

One session you sell

$299

The Messy Company: Facilitator Edition

A single workshop, run for a client

A fictional procurement case in three timed rounds, with the facilitator side included: planned 45 and 60 minute agendas, private reference answers, a completed brief and three contrasting reviewer examples, so you can defend a mark in the room.

The files are identical to the $99 Internal Edition. What the $299 buys is the right to deliver them for money. If the sessions are only for your own staff, buy the Internal Edition and keep the $200. Internal Edition, $99.

A rollout you run for clients

$997

M365 Copilot Deployment Kit, Trainer & Reseller Licence

Unlimited client engagements

The full M365 Copilot Deployment Kit under a licence that lets you deliver it as paid client work: the 90-day roadmap, the governance and adoption checklist, 10 agent templates, the ROI model and the field guide set, co-branded with your logo.

If you are deploying inside one organisation rather than selling the work, the $97 licence already covers that and this one is ten times the price for rights you will not use. The $97 Kit.

A programme you sell

$997

GenAI Mentoring Kit, Trainer & Reseller Licence

Unlimited cohorts, no per-run fee

The six-session executive GenAI programme, built from a real C-suite cohort: facilitator handbook, session packs and tools, co-branded and run as often as you like, at whatever you charge.

For an internal cohort in your own organisation, the $297 licence covers it and costs a third as much. The $997 is for the cohorts you invoice. The $297 Kit.

What Article 3.4 says

Quoted, not summarised. The governing text is on the licence page, and it is the version that decides a disagreement, not this one.

What you may not do

  • Resell the product itself as a product. You may not list or sell it, as-is or modified, on your own store or any marketplace.
  • Sublicense these rights, or remove all attribution.

Every reviewer of this page read "unlimited clients" and "may not resell" as a contradiction, so it is worth saying plainly: charging a client for a session you run is not reselling. Reselling is listing the files themselves for sale, as they are or edited. The first is the tier. The second is the one thing it withholds.

What you may do

  • Use the product to deliver and sell paid training, courses, or workshops.
  • Modify and adapt the content to fit your training, and co-brand it with your own logo.
  • Give the materials to your training participants as part of the training you deliver.
  • Record the sessions you deliver, and keep, reuse or sell those recordings, provided the Kesslernity source notice is visible in them.
  • Do all of the above across unlimited clients and cohorts.

The condition the rest hangs on

Keep a visible notice that the source is Kesslernity, for example "Based on the [Product] by Kesslernity, kesslernity.com", wherever you use or distribute the materials. That is the whole price of the rest of the tier.

No revenue share, no per-cohort fee

One purchase. What you charge your client is yours, and there is nothing to report back. Both $997 licences can be paid by invoice with a bank transfer option rather than by card, which is usually easier at that price: ask for one.

If more than one person facilitates

Article 3.4 prohibits sublicensing and does not say whether the people who facilitate on your behalf are covered by your own licence. If your practice is larger than you, or you use subcontract facilitators, ask before you buy and you will get it in writing. Do not assume either answer from this page.

Staying current is on you

When a document is revised, Gumroad re-delivers it to everyone who already bought, free, and that includes you. No refresh cadence is promised on any listing, so before a client delivery, check the version number at the top of each document rather than assuming the copy on your laptop is the current one.
