1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or buying our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or buy the products.
2. Description of Products
Kesslernity sells digital products for Microsoft 365 Copilot teams, including:
- Field guides and frameworks (Markdown and print-ready HTML)
- Paste-ready Copilot agent templates
- Rollout roadmaps, governance checklists, and ROI templates
- Free downloadable resources and the AI at Work newsletter
Products are sold as digital downloads through our store at store.kesslernity.com, which is hosted on Gumroad. Free guides are also published on this website.
3. Your Responsibilities
When you buy or use our products, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when purchasing or contacting us
- Use the products only for lawful purposes
- Not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the products
- Not remove or alter copyright or attribution notices
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. License and Intellectual Property
Our content: The Kesslernity website, branding, and the products themselves are owned by Kesslernity and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your license: When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive license to use it. Team use within your own organization is permitted. You may not resell, redistribute, rebrand, or publish the materials outside your organization.
5. Payment and Refunds
Purchases are one-time payments at the prices shown on the store, processed by Gumroad. We do not collect or store your payment-card details. Refunds are handled under Gumroad's refund policy; contact us if you have an issue with a purchase.
6. Updates and Availability
Where a product includes updates (for example, quarterly updates to the Deployment Kit), updated files are re-delivered to buyers through Gumroad. We aim to keep this website and the store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kesslernity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. They are guidance and templates, not professional, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and Microsoft 365 Copilot and any other AI tools you use are operated by third parties (Microsoft and others) whose behavior and pricing can change.
9. Termination
We may suspend or revoke your license if you breach these terms, for example by reselling or redistributing the products. Products you have lawfully purchased and downloaded remain yours to use within the license granted.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
