Why does one-off tool training usually fail?
Because people forget. Roughly 70% of training content is gone within weeks (the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve is a century old and still undefeated), and most attendees fall back to basic prompts once the session ends. That is why this programme is exercise-driven and self-paced instead of a one-day event, and why the kits ship artifacts people keep instead of slides people forget.
Which AI tools do I need for this program?
Access to any major AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) is sufficient. The skills you learn are tool-agnostic and transfer across platforms. We recommend having access to at least one AI chat tool to complete the exercises.
I'm not technical. Is this program for me?
Yes. Start with AI Literacy for Employees, which is free and runs 40 minutes, then Enterprise AI Foundations. Neither assumes a technical background, and nor do AI for Managers or AI for Executives. AI-Powered Development is the one course that does assume you already ship code, and nothing else depends on it, so skipping it costs you nothing.
How long does the program take to complete?
The core track is about 15 hours of material across three courses, and all 9 together come to roughly 22 hours. Allow extra for the exercises. Access is lifetime, so the pace is yours, and three of the role courses run under an hour if you only need one.
Will this become outdated as AI evolves?
The specific tools will evolve, but the frameworks are built to outlast them: the program teaches how to think about AI collaboration rather than how to drive today's interfaces. Lessons are revised when something underneath them moves, and access does not expire, so a revision reaches you without a second purchase. No revision schedule is promised, which is why each course page shows its own module list rather than a release calendar.
What if I already use AI daily? Will I learn anything new?
Daily use is not the same as a repeatable method. Read the module list on the course page against what you already do, particularly output evaluation, context engineering and iteration, and buy the one that covers a gap you can name. If nothing on the list is a gap, do not buy it.
Is there a certificate upon completion?
Yes. Every course issues its own certificate of completion once you finish it and pass its assessments, the free two included. Each course page says so before you pay.
What it costs
2 courses are free. The other 7 cost $47 to $147 each and are bought separately; all 7 of them come to $679. There is no subscription and no bundle discount. Enrolment is per person and no team price is listed, so for a department either start everyone on the free pair, which costs nothing and needs no arrangement, or email mathieu@kesslernity.com and ask.
