The situation

You have been asked to run an AI session for your team, and the hard part is not the slides. Nobody argues with a demo. People watch, they nod, and they leave with nothing they can defend on Monday.

What a room actually learns from is a brief with enough documents in it to disagree about, and enough contradiction in it that somebody has to change their mind out loud.

What this is

The Messy Company is a fictional procurement case, run in three timed rounds. Your people prepare a brief for a project office. Then new documents arrive, and they have to show what changed, withdraw the claims the evidence no longer supports, and keep what is still true.

Approved AI is optional. The full manual route is included, so the session runs the same in an organisation where nothing has been switched on yet.

Questions people actually ask

What is the difference between the two paid editions?

The files are identical. What differs is the licence. Internal covers unlimited sessions for your own people, including the contractors working for you. Facilitator covers sessions you deliver to client organisations, including the ones you charge for.

Do we need AI access to run it?

No. Approved AI is optional and the full manual route is included. The exercise is about handling evidence that changes under you, which works with or without a model in the room.

Are the cases real?

No. Every case document, reference answer and organisation in this pack is authored teaching material, labelled as fictional inside the files. They are not case studies and not records of any real company.

Can we record the session?

Yes, for your own internal sessions, and you can keep the recording. Keep a visible notice that the source is Kesslernity. Delivering recorded sessions to clients needs the Facilitator edition.

Can I edit the documents?

Yes. Every case document and guide ships as an editable Word file alongside the PDF, so you can put your own context into the case before anyone sees it.

Buying this with a company card?

Most buyers expense it.
