1. Train with it, adapt it, hand it out. Deliver and sell paid training using the kit, modify the content to fit your sessions, co-brand it with your logo, and give the materials to your participants. Unlimited cohorts and clients.
2. Keep the source credit. The materials must always show that the source is Kesslernity (the credit line below). A small, visible note is the whole deal.
3. Don't resell the kit itself. You can train with it and give it to your participants, but you can't list or sell the kit as a product on your own Gumroad or any other store, even lightly edited.
The same document says where your logo goes on the session decks, the handbook cover and the worksheets, and writes out the credit line to carry in the footer or on the closing slide of each session.

Can I put my own logo on the participant materials?
Yes, that is what the co-branding right is for. The source credit stays; your brand goes on the front.
Can I pay by invoice rather than card?
Yes. Email mathieu@kesslernity.com and I will raise an invoice with a bank transfer option, which is usually easier at this price point than putting it on a card.
