Scan the last 45 days of emails and detect: 1) Rising tensions or conflict indicators, 2) Missed deadlines and their follow-ups, 3) Requests repeated multiple times without resolution, 4) Unanswered critical questions, 5) Passive-aggressive or frustrated tone in messages, 6) Commitments made but not fulfilled. Flag messages that may require escalation and suggest the safest escalation path for each, including who to involve and messaging strategy.
