The situation

Your automation request list is a map of where the organisation hurts, not where automation belongs. Pain nominates processes; pain cannot defend them.

This kit runs the question that comes first. Every evidenced candidate gets scored on ten evidence questions and lands on one of five verdicts: eliminate, merge, simplify, redesign, automation candidate. The ladder is deterministic: existence is decided by evidence, never by points.

Questions people actually ask

Why is the price $249?

Founding Organization Edition pricing while v1 establishes its first customer cohort, until 8 October 2026, then $349. No countdown theater; the licence includes all v1.x updates either way, so founding buyers keep everything the edition gains.

Do you run the session for us?

No, and that is the design. The 90-minute session is run by your own sponsor from the included script; the facilitator guide exists so someone on your team runs the room. There is no call to book and nothing scheduled by anyone outside your organisation.

Is this an AI product?

It is a process triage method that decides, on evidence, which work deserves automation at all. AI appears twice, deliberately late: an applicability gate that routes survivors between a deterministic workflow, AI assistance, an agent, or staying manual, and a prompt pack that uses GenAI as a hostile reviewer of your evidence, never as the judge.

How is this different from the Deployment Kit?

The Deployment Kit plans a rollout; it contains no process-triage module and never claimed one. This kit decides which processes deserve that rollout, and ends where the Deployment Kit begins. Existing Deployment Kit owners lose nothing and gain a filter.

Where do the numbers in the worked example come from?

Halvard Marine Services, the worked example that runs through the kit, is invented and says so on its own tab. Its numbers are illustrative and its arithmetic is real: the workbook ships with the full 24-process portfolio scored, self-checking, so you see exactly how the instrument behaves before your own data goes in.

Buying this with a company card?
