The free, open-source Copilot prompt library that sits under this work was cited by Jared Spataro (Microsoft, AI at Work) in his 25 February 2026 note. He was citing that free repo when it held 300+ prompts. This is a separate, paid product and he did not review or endorse it.

Before Copilot goes live, you need to know what it can access. Copilot respects SharePoint and OneDrive permissions exactly: it will not access files a user cannot access manually. The risk is not that Copilot bypasses permissions. The risk is that your permissions were already wrong before Copilot arrived, and Copilot makes the oversharing visible at scale.
1.3 Sensitivity Labels - [ ] Check whether your sensitivity labels are applied to documents Copilot will process. Copilot reads label metadata and respects label-based access restrictions. - [ ] If most documents are unlabeled: prioritize labeling HR, Finance, Legal, and executive documents before rollout. An unlabeled environment is not a blocker but increases the governance gap. - [ ] If you use auto-labeling policies in Purview: confirm they have run and coverage is above 80% for high-value content locations.

Which order should I use them in?

The Deployment Kit first, because its Day-0 and governance checks decide whether you roll out at all. The Real Cost of Copilot before the first budget conversation. The Honest Kit last, as the thing you work through yourself before onboarding anyone: the bundle is the three kits at a lower price and grants no extra distribution rights, so each one stays on its own licence.
