The situation
A renewal is coming and nobody can say what happens if you do not sign. The team has an answer, and it is either "we would lose everything" or "we could rebuild it in an afternoon". Neither has been tested.

What you end with is records: the source freeze, the runs, the corrections, access and manual fallback, effort and waiting time counted separately, source coverage, the exit decision itself, and a restart record for whoever picks the work up next.

How long does a drill take?
The pack carries an 80-minute agenda. That is an agenda, not measured delivery time and not a savings claim. Inside a real run, waiting time is recorded separately from working time, because an access request and a slow method get fixed by different people.
Do we have to leave the tool?
No. Most drills should end in KEEP, and a documented KEEP is a result. What changes is that the answer is now evidenced, and the deadline on anything recoverable sits next to the renewal date instead of in a separate document.
Does it tell us which tool is better?
No. It will not tell you whether your vendor is any good and it ranks no platform. It produces the records that let your own approvers decide.
Are the scenarios real?
No. The supplied source set, the dossiers and the reference answers are authored teaching material, labelled fictional inside the files. The real drill runs on your own work.
What does the licence cover?
What it does not cover is running drills for client organisations, paid or unpaid, and reselling or redistributing the pack. Within that limit, one legal entity may run unlimited drills for its own people, including the contractors working for it, adapt and print the materials, hand participants their packets, and keep the records that result.
