Review emails from the last 21 days and identify: 1) Tasks with unclear ownership (who should actually do this?), 2) Tasks I'm doing that others should own (delegation opportunities), 3) Tasks with multiple people assigned (coordination needed), 4) Commitments I made but haven't started (with risk assessment), 5) Implied responsibilities vs. explicit assignments, 6) Dependencies where I'm waiting on others (with follow-up recommendations), 7) Tasks that fell through the cracks (no clear owner), 8) Recommended ownership reassignment plan with communication templates. Produce a task ownership matrix and delegation roadmap.
