The free, open-source Copilot prompt library that sits under this work was cited by Jared Spataro (Microsoft, AI at Work) in his 25 February 2026 note. He was citing that free repo when it held 300+ prompts. This is a separate, paid product and he did not review or endorse it.

The question most teams ask when AI gets proposed for a workflow is: can AI do this?
The answer is almost always yes, in the sense that a model will produce output. It will generate the report. It will score the candidates. It will draft the response. It will classify the tickets. It will do all of it, fluently and fast, with apparent confidence.
That's not the useful question.
The useful question is: what happens when AI does this wrong and nobody catches it?

Half of it. The instruction block patterns were extracted from Copilot work and the examples are Copilot-shaped. The decision framework is platform-agnostic: the question of which workflows should get AI reads the same whichever vendor you are on.
Which order should I read them in?
When Not to Use AI first. Deciding a workflow should not get an agent at all is cheaper than writing a good instruction block for one that should not exist.
