Works Council Reviewer
Pressure-test your rollout plan against a Works Council Representative archetype before the real consultation meeting does it for you.
What it produces
A structured review document, <artifact-name>-works-council-review.docx, saved to /Documents/Cowork/reviews/ in your OneDrive, containing:
What to say to it
- “Run a works council review on copilot-rollout-plan.docx”
- “What would the works council say about this deck before I take it to consultation?”
- “Pressure-test this business case from an employee-representative lens, we brief the staff council next month”
- “We present the new tooling plan to employee reps on Thursday. Find the holes first.”
How to install it
- 1Download works-council-reviewer.zip.
- 2In Cowork, open Customize.
- 3Select the Skills tab.
- 4Select the arrow next to Add, then Upload skill, and choose the file you downloaded.
- 5Start a new conversation and use one of the phrases above. Skills are only picked up when a conversation starts.
Cowork has to be switched on for you by an admin, and it is off by default. Custom skills are not supported on a phone or tablet, so use a laptop or desktop.
Cowork checks the file when you upload it and tells you if something is wrong, so you will know either way.
Last run in a live Cowork tenant on 2026-06-16.
