RFP Comparison Pack

Reads several bid responses against your requirements and produces a DRAFT comparison pack — a requirement-by-supplier matrix, gaps, and clarification questions. Prepares the panel; never scores or picks a winner.

What it produces

Both save next to the responses in OneDrive, with the exact paths reported in the conversation.

  • DRAFT-rfp-comparison-<Category>-<date>-v1.docx: a comparison pack — matrix (each cell cited to a response), gaps per supplier, clarification questions, and neutral observations. DRAFT-labelled in the filename and first line.
  • DRAFT-rfp-comparison-<Category>-<date>-v1.xlsx (optional): the matrix as a workbook.

What to say to it

  • “Compare these three tender responses against our requirements”
  • “Build a comparison matrix from the bids in the Sourcing folder”
  • “Collate the supplier proposals for the cleaning tender against the RFP”
  • “Matrix these RFQ responses and list the gaps”

How to install it

  1. 1Download rfp-comparison-pack.zip.
  2. 2In Cowork, open Customize.
  3. 3Select the Skills tab.
  4. 4Select the arrow next to Add, then Upload skill, and choose the file you downloaded.
  5. 5Start a new conversation and use one of the phrases above. Skills are only picked up when a conversation starts.

Cowork has to be switched on for you by an admin, and it is off by default. Custom skills are not supported on a phone or tablet, so use a laptop or desktop.

Cowork checks the file when you upload it and tells you if something is wrong, so you will know either way.

Format-validated against the Agent Skills spec. Not yet run in a live tenant.
