CTO Reviewer
Pressure-test a proposal against the questions a Chief Technology Officer will actually ask, before you are in the room with one.
What it produces
A DRAFT Word review document, <artifact-name>-cto-review.docx, saved to /Documents/Cowork/reviews/, containing:
What to say to it
- “Give the Q3 platform migration business case a CTO review before Thursday's steering committee.”
- “Pressure-test proposal-vendor-consolidation.docx as a CTO.”
- “What would a CTO ask about this plan? Here is the text: ...”
- “Run a technical review of the data-platform deck from the technology seat.”
How to install it
- 1Download cto-reviewer.zip.
- 2In Cowork, open Customize.
- 3Select the Skills tab.
- 4Select the arrow next to Add, then Upload skill, and choose the file you downloaded.
- 5Start a new conversation and use one of the phrases above. Skills are only picked up when a conversation starts.
Cowork has to be switched on for you by an admin, and it is off by default. Custom skills are not supported on a phone or tablet, so use a laptop or desktop.
Cowork checks the file when you upload it and tells you if something is wrong, so you will know either way.
Last run in a live Cowork tenant on 2026-06-16.
