What it produces

A structured review document, saved as <artifact-name>-cro-review.docx in /Documents/Cowork/reviews/ and labelled DRAFT, containing:

What to say to it

  • “Review this business case as a CRO before I take it to the revenue leadership meeting.”
  • “Pressure-test q3-expansion-proposal.docx from a Chief Revenue Officer's point of view.”
  • “What would a CRO tear apart in this pricing deck?”
  • “Run a CRO review on the partner programme plan in my OneDrive.”

How to install it

  1. 1Download cro-reviewer.zip.
  2. 2In Cowork, open Customize.
  3. 3Select the Skills tab.
  4. 4Select the arrow next to Add, then Upload skill, and choose the file you downloaded.
  5. 5Start a new conversation and use one of the phrases above. Skills are only picked up when a conversation starts.

Cowork has to be switched on for you by an admin, and it is off by default. Custom skills are not supported on a phone or tablet, so use a laptop or desktop.

Cowork checks the file when you upload it and tells you if something is wrong, so you will know either way.
