COO Reviewer
Pressure-test a plan against the operations lens before the real COO does it in the meeting.
What it produces
A DRAFT Word review of your proposal, business case, deck or plan, written in character as a Chief Operating Officer archetype, saved to /Documents/Cowork/reviews/<artifact-name>-coo-review.docx. The review contains:
What to say to it
- “Review my Q3 expansion proposal as a COO before Thursday's steering committee.”
- “Run a COO review on rollout-plan.docx.”
- “Pressure-test this business case from an operations angle: capacity, timeline, dependencies.”
- “What would a COO ask about this deck? Give me the hard questions before the meeting.”
How to install it
- 1Download coo-reviewer.zip.
- 2In Cowork, open Customize.
- 3Select the Skills tab.
- 4Select the arrow next to Add, then Upload skill, and choose the file you downloaded.
- 5Start a new conversation and use one of the phrases above. Skills are only picked up when a conversation starts.
Cowork has to be switched on for you by an admin, and it is off by default. Custom skills are not supported on a phone or tablet, so use a laptop or desktop.
Cowork checks the file when you upload it and tells you if something is wrong, so you will know either way.
Last run in a live Cowork tenant on 2026-06-16.
