Contract Review Pack
Abstracts a contract into a key-terms table, compares it against your own playbook of standard positions, and produces a DRAFT review pack — preparation for a lawyer, never legal advice.
What it produces
Both save next to the source contract in OneDrive, with the exact paths reported in the conversation.
- DRAFT-contract-review-<Contract>-<date>-v1.docx: a review pack with a key-terms abstraction (each value cited to a clause), a deviations-and-issues list against your playbook, open questions, and a reviewer checklist. DRAFT-labelled in the filename and on the first line.
- contract-key-terms-<date>.md (optional): the raw key-terms abstraction.

How to install it
- 1Download contract-review-pack.zip.
- 2In Cowork, open Customize.
- 3Select the Skills tab.
- 4Select the arrow next to Add, then Upload skill, and choose the file you downloaded.
- 5Start a new conversation and use one of the phrases above. Skills are only picked up when a conversation starts.
Cowork has to be switched on for you by an admin, and it is off by default. Custom skills are not supported on a phone or tablet, so use a laptop or desktop.
Cowork checks the file when you upload it and tells you if something is wrong, so you will know either way.
Format-validated against the Agent Skills spec. Not yet run in a live tenant.
