Monday Blocker Check

Surface blockers before they become escalations

The prompt
Search my Teams messages and emails from the last 5 days for anything flagged as blocked, waiting on someone, or at risk of delay. For each item:
- What is blocked
- Who owns it
- Who is needed to unblock it
- How many days it has been waiting

If nothing is blocked, confirm that directly.

How to use it

  1. 1Select Copy the prompt above.
  2. 2Paste it into Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  3. 3Replace anything in brackets with your own detail, then send it.

Copilot gathers and drafts. You verify and decide. Check every figure, name and date against the system it came from before you act on it.
