Obligations & Key Dates Extraction

Extract obligations, milestones, and notice/renewal dates from a contract into a tracker.

The prompt
From the contract I reference, extract into a table every obligation and key date:
- Obligation / deliverable
- Responsible party
- Due date or trigger
- Notice period (if any)
- Clause reference

Separately list all renewal, expiry, and termination-notice deadlines. Mark anything ambiguous as "Verify against contract." This is an operational tracker for review — it does not interpret whether an obligation has been met.

How to use it
