From the contract document I reference (in SharePoint or pasted), extract the key terms into a table: - Parties and signing entities - Effective date, term, and renewal mechanism - Contract value and payment terms - Limitation of liability and indemnity (quote the clause reference) - Termination rights and notice periods - Governing law and dispute resolution - Confidentiality / data protection references Mark anything not found as "Not located — verify." This is a draft abstraction for legal review, not an interpretation of the terms.
