The Inbox Organizer
Create a smart folder structure based on how emails already cluster in your inbox
The prompt
Analyze my inbox from the last 45 days. Identify the top 5–7 recurring categories of emails (e.g. weekly reports, newsletters, internal HR comms, project updates, vendor invoices). For each category, propose an inbox rule that routes future emails to a dedicated folder. Show me the proposed folder names and routing logic before creating anything. I'll confirm, adjust, or reject each rule individually.
How to use it
- 1Select Copy the prompt above.
- 2Paste it into Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- 3Replace anything in brackets with your own detail, then send it.
Copilot gathers and drafts. You verify and decide. Check every figure, name and date against the system it came from before you act on it.
