The situation
Four actions are complete. The award is still on hold. Both sentences are true at the same time, and no status board will tell you that.
Every owner reports done, the pack goes green, and the one condition actually blocking the decision was never on the action list to begin with. A supplier quote lands above an approved cap. A delivery date improves and is still past the date the committee approved. A recovery that used to offset the overrun has quietly been withdrawn.

What this is
ExCom Office is a preparation method for the hour before the meeting, built for Microsoft Copilot Cowork. You give it the meeting pack, the previous approved minutes and the action list. It produces a one-page brief that says what changed, what still needs a decision and which questions to ask, with a source reference against every claim.
You can run it yourself, or hand the written request to your assistant and let them run it in their own approved work account. Either way a person reads the brief before it goes anywhere, because the brief is a draft for review and the pack labels it as one.
The package ships a complete worked case you can check line by line against its own sources, two editable templates, and the written rule set behind the method. The worked case is authored fiction: it is not a customer case and not an observed Copilot result.

Is the example a real customer case?
No. It is authored fiction, labelled as such inside the pack and on the listing. It was written by hand to teach the method, and it is not a customer case, not a screenshot and not an observed Copilot result. Its four source documents ship with it so you can audit the reasoning rather than take the output on trust.
What exactly do I need on the Microsoft side?
The person doing the preparation needs approved desktop Copilot Cowork access, custom-skill availability in the tenant, and permission to read the meeting documents. Executives only need to read the resulting PDF, which works in their usual tools. Microsoft licensing and usage charges are separate and are not included here.
What if our tenant will not run the skill?
Then that is a limit of the tenant and not a fault in the files, so it is not a repair or refund case under Article 9. The package includes an IT activation guide naming the permission to ask for. The documents, templates, worked case and rule set stay usable whether or not the skill runs, because the method is written down and not locked inside it. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected either way.
Who is licensed to use it?
The licence does not cover an organisation, a division or a second committee, and it is not a seat you can resell or sublicense. Within that limit it covers one named committee inside one legal entity, including its executives, its preparation staff and the internal IT staff who help that committee get access. The Kesslernity License and Terms govern the purchase, reference KESS-LIC-2026-001 v1.1, and the version in force on your purchase date applies.
Does my assistant need their own copy?
No, if they are preparing for the same committee. They work in their own approved account, review what comes back and send it through your usual company channel. The package includes the exact written request to hand them.
Is there a subscription or a promise of future releases?
Neither. It is USD 149 once. There is no recurring charge, no new refund deadline and no refresh commitment. Updates are governed by Article 8 of the standard terms, and the release you buy stays usable internally.
Could I not just write the brief myself?
You already do, and that is the point. What the package adds is the part that is hard to invent under time pressure: a complete worked case you can read in both directions, and a written rule for the four places a pack misleads a committee. A completed action implying a lifted condition. A recommendation reading as an approval. An inference sitting next to an established fact with nothing to tell them apart. A number with no source locator.
